Career Seeker

Searching for a new job is one of the most stressful things that someone can deal with. Identifying the right company, having a good resume, making a solid impression in the interview, knowing the salary range of your position, are some of the things that someone worries when looking for a new job. Our recruiters will help and work with you during this process.

Once we have matched you with one of our open positions at our client’s site, we will begin the process of helping you to make a great impression on your interview. We will personally meet you and review your resume, give you interview tips, ensure that you are aware of the technology that our client is using, meet you at the client’s site prior to the interview for a proper introduction to the hiring manager(s), and provide you with timely feedback on the results of the interview.

When you are placed on a contract or temp to perm position…

  • You are paid on a weekly basis and you can elect for direct deposit or a live paycheck.
  • BrightStar Recruiters will get together with you on a regular basis to give you any feedback that we have received from your day to day manager.
  • Back Office support-such as employment verification for home loans or car purchase, changes to W4 forms, etc.
  • You are also paid for the 7 major holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day) once you have completed 30 days of work with us.

All of our recruitment services are free to you; our clients that have requested the services pay for our service.

Passive Job Seeker

If you are currently working but want to keep your options open, we realize that you don’t want to consume your time (and confidentiality) by registering or filling an application with the job boards. We invite you to contact our recruiters and they can keep you informed of the latest open positions in your IT concentration.

When it comes to looking at new job opportunities, passive job seekers realize that interviewing is a two-way street. In other words, the hiring company will interview the candidate to determine if he/she has the qualifications, experience and ability to integrate with the team. Meanwhile, the passive job seekers are interviewing the hiring company. They will consider whether this new opportunity is the “right move” for their careers. They will look to see if the new company would offer career advancement opportunities, stability, work/life balance, training, and a sense of belonging.

BrightStar Recruiters invites you to contact us. Explore new job opportunities and you will be pleased with the service from our trained professionals.
